These are really good questions! And we have really good answers!
 

Now that evaluations are finished, the data will be analyzed to ensure we can make as evenly skilled teams as we can in all of our divisions from U8 all the way to U18. This can take several days. Once we know how many teams per division are needed, and ensure we have enough coaches, then the schedule can be made and updated on our website and app. Then team uniforms can be ordered according to team colours, which can take several weeks for our vendor to complete.

Keeping in mind that our Board Members all have full time jobs, and are volunteers, the entire process could take a few weeks. But rest assured, you will be contacted by a coach before the week of October 30th, which will be our Meet and Greet week for most of the divisions (except U8 and U18, since it's Halloween). Games will start the week of November 6th, and the schedule will be available online before this date.
